The most awaited night for the music industry, Billboard Awards 2014 was indeed a night filled with glitz ,glamour and of course music. With Pitbull and J.Lo opening the Awards to the FIFA' 14 theme song "We Are One " and Michael Jackson being brought back to life ,to Miley Cyrus singing the Beatles song "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds", this year's Billboards was one hell of a night!
Mr. Worldwide got the audience grooving to the theme song of this year's FIFA World Cup.
Teaming up with the Brazilian Pop singer Claudia Leitte and "I Luh You Papi" hitmaker Jennifer Lopez,
it was definitely a great start to the musical evening.
As Michael Jackson's hologram performed to "Slave To The Rhythym ", it looked as if the "King Of Pop " himself was on stage performing his signature step , the moonwalk. It was absolutely surreal.

Performances by Lorde , Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea, One Republic, Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan , Shakira , Jason Derulo were absolutely amazing. John Legend who was introduced by his wife Chrissy Teigen performed "All Of Me "and "You & I", which brought tears to her eyes .
Robin Thicke performed his new single "Get Her Back" for the first time at the Billboards.
The function ended on a grand note as Jennifer Lopez dressed in black and gold set the stage on fire with her song "First Love". She's come a long way ,first as a dancer, then an actress and now a global sensation .She is the first woman to win the "Icon Award" at the Billboards. All Hail J.Lo!!
